Our adventures in various fine dining establishments around the world. Insanely creative food that leaves you not just speechless, but breathless. Many of these would top the bucket-list of any serious eater. The chefs responsible for these meals are true artists and I often enjoy chatting with them almost as much as I enjoy the meal.

There is a rich debate about what constitutes a “fine dining” experience, with no consensus definition. Moreover, if you ask 50 people, you will get 50 different answers.  I simply say, “You know it once you’ve experienced it” but read on and you will certainly get a better idea of what I consider fine-dining.
