No one is perfect, and no one should expect perfection. But when you are eating at a fine-dining establishment, and dropping a pretty penny for the privilege, you do expect a certain level of execution. On very rare occasion, these expectations can be completely shattered, often to hilarious effect (although it can take months to see the humor in some of these episodes).
